• Each emerald must weigh a minimum of 5 carats per stone.

• Emeralds must have clarity levels of VVS (Very Very Slightly Included) or IF (Internally Flawless), ensuring exceptional quality.

Acceptable color ranges include:

• Green
• Bluish Green
• Yellow Green

• Emeralds can be in preform (pre-shaped for cutting) or rough (unprocessed) form.

• Sellers must provide valid identification (e.g., National Registration Card or Passport) and proof of the emeralds’ origin where possible, to ensure compliance with ethical sourcing standards.

• Our trained gemologists conduct an initial visual inspection of the stones to verify their type, size, and condition.
• A receipt is issued to the seller as proof of submission for grading and evaluation.

Authenticity testing:

• The stones are examined using advanced gemological tools (e.g.,
  spectrometers, refractometers, and UV light) to confirm authenticity.
• Any treatments or enhancements (e.g., heating, dyeing) are identified during this process.

Grading:

• The stones are graded based on international standards, considering factors such as color, clarity, cut, and carat weight.
• We only purchase high-grade rough, precious stones that meet
  our strict quality criteria. Stones not meeting these standards are
  returned to the seller.
• The grading process is conducted in a secure and transparent environment, with sellers allowed to observe.

The final price is calculated based on:

• The grade and quality of the stone.
• Current market demand and international benchmark prices
  for similar stones.

A detailed pricing breakdown is provided to the seller for transparency.

• Once the seller agrees to the price, a formal trade agreement is signed by both parties.
• Payment is made securely and promptly via:

1. Bank transfer to the seller’s account.
2. Mobile money (for sellers without bank accounts).
3. Cash (for smaller transactions, subject to legal limits).

• All transactions are recorded digitally and securely stored for transparency and accountability.
• Sellers are provided with a receipt and transaction summary for their records.
